Age 68, passed away at her home on Sunday, July 22, 2018. Janice was born in Holland, Michigan on August 13, 1949, the daughter of the late Thomas and Bernice (Hulst) Lievense. She is survived by her son, Michael (Katherine) Lievense; grandsons, Jake and Ben Lievense and two sisters.
