Age 66, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Jean was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on April 17, 1956, the daughter of Albert and LaVonne (Benson) Foutch. She graduated from Logan High School in Logan, Iowa and worked for more than 35 years in communications for AT&T and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprises, retiring in 2009. Jean loved being outside and enjoyed planting flowers and gardening, fishing and camping and feeding the birds. She is survived by her long-time companion, Kirby Sircher; children, Troy Fernside, Trevor Fernside, Randy Lujan and Melissa Steigerwald; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and sister, Kathy Petersen. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lujan. A memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home.
