Age 69, passed away peacefully surrounded by his immediate family on Thursday evening, July 13, 2023. Jeff was born in Kalamazoo, on October 22, 1953, the son of Robert and Fay “Goldie” (Meade) Reichenbach. On May 7, 1988, he married Laure Neeser who survives him. Jeff was a huge University of Michigan sports fan. He also cheered for home-state teams such as the Tigers, Lions and Red Wings. He was a little league coach where he coached his namesake, Shane Jeffrey. Jeff attended family functions religiously and paid special attention to his nephews and godsons. He never missed a game, school program, Cubscout event or anything that involved his loved ones. He was a Beatles fan. Jeff loved his country and was very patriotic. Family was very important to him and his brother-in-law, Mike, was like a brother from another mother to him. Having lost their father at an early age, he was honored to give his sister, Karen, away at her wedding. Besides his wife, Jeff is survived by his sister, Karen (Mike) Duggan; his in-laws, Mike (Lois) Neeser, Sue (Jeff) Stetten, Kathy (Stan) Gernaat, Steve (Sherry) Neeser; several nieces and nephews, including his special nephews, his godsons, John-Michael and Shane Jeffrey Duggan; and countless friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, David Neeser.
