Age 73, passed away on September 6, 2021, at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born in Kalamazoo, the son of Harold and Helen Ramgren. He graduated from Vicksburg High School and then served in Vietnam. Upon returning home he made Southwest Michigan his home where he made many friends. He worked hard in life and was always willing to help others. When not working he enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. John is survived by his only son John Ramgren; caregivers, Marian Thomas, Rachel Thomas and Tustin Scott. John will be missed by those who knew and loved him; as he and Tustin always said, “Love You More”! In accordance with his wish cremation will take place and private services will be held.  Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice, care of the funeral home.
