In accordance with their wish, cremation will take place and a celebration of their lives will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Tina and John’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or American Kidney Fund.

Angel, John and family: So very sorry to hear about your loss of your mom and dad. I will always remember your parents as being so proud of you both. They rarely missed a meeting or conference; your education was very important to them both. I will miss running into them around Galesburg. I will be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers.

I didn't know Tina but I heard John speak of her fondly many times. I used to be a regular at RL152 and had the great pleasure of enjoying many small chats with John over the years. He was a very gentle soul. RIP John and Tina and my condolences to the family.

John and Tina were kind and friendly individuals. They were quick to say hello and very supportive of others. They loved and supported their kids in all their endeavors, wanting nothing but the best for them. G-A lost very good people and community members. We will miss them.
