Born on May 3, 1945, Judith lived a life defined by hard work, generosity, and a deep love for both family and community. In October 1970, she married the love of her life, William Hotchkiss, beginning a partnership that would span more than five decades. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother to Rusty Hotchkiss, and warmly welcomed by her daughter-in-law, Denise Hotchkiss, as a cherished member of the family.
Through her career, Judith served as a court clerk and legal secretary, earning the respect of colleagues and everyone she assisted through her professionalism and dedication.
