Age 65 of Kalamazoo, left her earthly vessel and transitioned into eternal life on Saturday morning, February 8, 2025. Karen was born in Kalamazoo on May 29, 1959, the daughter of William and Shirley (Lawrence) Freeman. On March 9, 1985, she married Carl Orosz who survives her. Karen loved being in the out of doors. She enjoyed nature and especially loved watching birds. Karen will be remembered as being a doting mother and grandmother who devoted her life to being a home maker. Besides her husband, Karen is survived by her sons Carl A. (Kristen Marie) Orosz; Brett A. Davis; grandchildren, Spencer, Blake, Gavin, Hazel and Callum; siblings, Dianne Levy, Michael Freeman, Bill Freeman; mother-in-law, Barbara Blentlinger; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews on both the Lawrence and Freeman sides; and many friends. Karen was preceded in death by her parents.
