Age 56, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Kari was born in Pocatello, ID, on December 18, 1964. Kari loved music and was an excellent pianist and vocalist. She was a woman of faith and loved the Lord Jesus Christ. She was an adopted mom and grandma to many people. Holidays in general were special to her and she loved making them special for her family. She had an infectious laugh and smile. When she walked in, her smile would light up the room. She was a fun and loving mother. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Kari is survived by her children, Joshua Carey of Post Falls, ID, Clarissa (Charles Wallace) Carey of Kalamazoo, Pamela (Scott) Akers of Hot Springs, SD; grandchildren, Brittany Wallace, Trintin Wallace, Taylor Carey, Traeh Carey-Wallace, Tianna Carey-Wallace, Inara Akers; great-grandson, Amari Wallace; 3 sisters; and a brother; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Myron “Buzz” and Shelda (Rigby) Watts.
