A private family graveside service will be held at Mt. Ever Rest Memorial Park where she will be laid to rest next to her husband. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, c/o the funeral home.

Age 70, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020. Kathy was born in Kalamazoo on January 27, 1950, the daughter of Burton James and Lula (Giddings) Buell. On December 1, 1974, she married Michael Dwain Louthan who preceded her in death in 2016, after 41 years of marriage.
Kathy dedicated her life to raising her children. Kathy is survived by her children, Connie (Kevin) Jacobs of Lawton, William (Barb) Louthan of Portage, Tammy (Dave) Stanley of Lawton and Michelle (Paul) Tinkler of Gobles; grandchildren, Jason (Danielle) Jacobs, David Tyler Clingenpeel, Melissa Clingenpeel, Brady Louthan, Catrina Stanley, Aerial Tinkler, Abbie Tinkler; great-granddaughter, Jordan; sisters, Joyce (Sam) Pyritz, Dorothy Sleeman and Vicki (Philip) Pettitt. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jack Sanders, David Buell, and her first husband, Joseph L Merriam.
