Age 52, passed away at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. Kevin was born in Richmond, VA, on January 6, 1968, the son of Latane and Mimi Baker. He grew up in Richmond, later moved to Tucson, AZ, and then Kalamazoo, MI. He was a kind and loving husband, father and friend. He loved to cook and enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. He treasured animals, enjoyed being outdoors and could often be found with a book in hand. On May 22, 1999, he married Ashley McDowell who survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Chloe Baker; parents and a brother, Bryan Baker.
