Age 46, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023. Kim was born in North Carolina on November 15, 1976, the daughter of Roy and Gwendolyn (Scanlon) Ramsey. She is survived by her two children, Samantha and Kody Harris; grandchildren, Braydon and Adelynn Gay; father, Roy Ramsey and her brothers, Roy Ramsey II and Steve Ramsey. Kim was preceded in death her mother, Gwendolyn Ludwig; grandparents, Maurice and Genevieve Scanlon and aunt, Mary Beem. Kim loved being a grandma, celebrating holidays and dolphins. She also enjoyed traveling and music. Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering to celebrate Kim’s life will be held at a later date.
