Age 61, passed away at her home in Three Rivers, MI, on November 6, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. Laurie was a gentle, intelligent and creative woman. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend who leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived. She was born in Santa Monica, CA, on August 9, 1961, the daughter of the late Glenn and Loretta (Kramer) Pusey. She received a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and earned a master’s degree from Full Sail University. She had a successful career as the Director of Training and Development for Dart Container Company. When not working she had a passion for antiques. She found beauty and character in the patina, cracks, and weathered items of our past. She loved collecting and restoring hidden treasures and used this passion to enrich the lives of those around her. She traveled extensively and absorbed the cultures of Egypt, China and Europe. Her taste was impeccable, and it could be found in her creativity and design. She was currently working on the restoration of an entire home for her family to enjoy in Three Rivers, MI.  Whenever possible she preferred to be near the water with sand under her feet. Above all Laurie loved her family and her friends. On May 29, 1992, she married her husband, John; her life was fulfilled when she gave birth to their son John II. She also cared deeply for those around her, rarely missing a birthday or important event. Laurie will be missed and fondly remembered by all who loved her. Laurie is survived by her husband John Kish; son, John Kish II; three siblings, Terry (Karen) Pusey, Elizabeth (Jim) Bowie, Lisa (Dennis) Theakston; many other family and friends.
