A memorial service to honor and celebrate Lila's life will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, beginning at 3:00 PM at Peoples Church 1758 10th St N, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. A time of visitation and fellowship will follow until 6:00 PM.

Dear family & friends: What a beautifully crafted description of Lila and her truly amazing life. I never met her but wish I had. I'm sorry for your loss. Life is a mystery and although her passing may seem like a tragedy and great loss, Lila certainly serves as one heckuva inspiration to all who know her and those, like myself, who did not but were touched by her story and triumphs from afar.
