Londa was truly one of the sweetest, kindest, most lovely people I've ever had the delight of knowing. We first worked together at Borgess-Pipp. This bright positive beautiful lady was such a blessing to me and will be truly missed

I met Londa in a waiting room at U of M while we were both waiting to be admitted to the hospital. I knew as soon as we started chatting she was such a sweet and kind person. We connected on Facebook and I have so enjoyed her posts over the years. I am in shock to just now read about her untimely passing. May she rest in peace.

I have so many memories from when we were kids and the girls came to our house and always counted the hairs on dads bald head to rolling his cig for him. Londa and I were always out looking for deals in the last few years. Our most fun was Sam told us about a store in Byron center that had everything for 25 cents to move to a new location. We made 5 trips there in a week and every time we would say we were just going back for a couple things. Nope always had a cart full. The owner knew us by name and where we were from. Londa bought for everyone and I bought for my work residents. and Sam!! After we checked out and loaded the car we would so hard saying yep we did it again! The other special part of Linda was how much she helped with my mom and would fill in as a caregiver anytime I needed her. She also had a special bonding with Kallen. They both lit up every time they saw each other. He learned to say her name before anyone else except for mom and dad. Of course he still doesn’t say my name but he said “onda” with no problem! Her animal love went to Snickers and she spoiled him rotten. I could go on forever. Londa you are missed so much , not a day goes by without thinking about you. You were such a blessing to so many people! RIP

It is so difficult to express the very deep sadness I feel at knowing that Londa is gone. But I also feel so blessed to have known her! We became friends at Durametallic and remained close ever since. And meeting Linda purely by accident was an added blessing. My sincere condolences to you, Linda, and to Lillie and all of your family. I will definitely see you at the gathering!
