A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Thursday, April 20, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Centrica Care Navigators Hospice, c/o the funeral home.

Age 84, passed away on April 12, 2023. She was born in St. George, WV, on September 15, 1938, the daughter of the late Howard and Rosey (Engelman) Miller. Margaret had a warm and friendly personality, welcoming smile, and great sense of humor. Growing up on her family farm in West Virginia, she learned the value of hard work. After graduating from high school, she moved to Kalamazoo, and found her first job at Pretty Lake camp. Margaret worked at a number of local businesses, including Gilmore’s Department store. She would eventually meet her future husband on a blind date. On April 22, 1961, she married the love of her life Kenneth Warnicke who preceded her in death in December of 2022. Margaret and Ken had three boys who were the joy of their lives. Together Ken and Margaret instilled in their sons a strong work ethic and sense of family and duty. After their sons were older, Margaret worked for several years in food service at Nagle’s Top Dog and as an assistant manager at McDonalds. Throughout her career she focused on customer service and made many friends. When not working, she enjoyed being outside tending to her rose bushes. She believed in the Lord and exhibited strong Christian values. She is survived by three sons, Paul (Meredith) Warnicke, Phillip (Luanne) Warnicke and Mark (Cheryl) Warnicke; seven grandchildren, Megan and Jennifer Warnicke, Joshua and David Warnicke, Aubrey (Shane) Higgins, Heather (John) Campbell, Elise Warnicke. She was also preceded in death by two siblings, a twin brother Marvin Ray Miller and Virgil L. Miller.
