Burial Date January 11, 2024
A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 11, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service. She will be laid to rest privately with her husband at Lakeside Cemetery in Decatur, MI. Memorial contributions may be given to Park Village Pines or Centrica Care Hospice, c/o the funeral home.

I knew Peg for many years at Westwood Church of God. Her husband asked me to help with treasury duties for a while when he retired from that obligation and that is when I got to know Peg a little better. She was a quiet, loving person and I treasured knowing her. My sincere condolences to the family members. I send caring words and love.

Growing up across the street from the TenCate’s I have lots of memories. Peggy was a wonderful, kind and loving person. She was a great cook too! My deepest sympathy to Dan, Tim, Kathy and their families. Nancy (Etheridge) Shirah
