On December 12, 2000, she married Benjamin Wilson who preceded her in death. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and her Masters of Divinity from The Methodist Theological School. Margaret was a teacher and Christian Educator in the United Methodist Church. She was later an Elder and Pastor. She loved being a mother and foster mother. Her love for children was seen in her strong advocacy for adoption. In her spare time she enjoyed being at the lake cabin with Ben where they enjoyed boating and fishing. She loved knitting and made a baby blanket for every infant she baptized. In the beauty of creation, she loved waterfalls and watching birds. Meg is survived by her children, Richard B, Cobb, Amy Cobb, Martin (Jessica) Cobb, Paul Peterson, Amber (Travis) Dobson) and Christine Peterson; her grandchildren, Sydney, Zachary, Jakob, Timothy, Colton, Edgard, Dallas, Jazmyn, MaryBeth, Adalynn, Aidan, Kairi, Xavier and Aliyan; nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
