Age 86, passed away at Ely Manor in Allegan, Michigan on Thursday, June 2, 2022. Margie was born in Manilla, Arkansas on August 20, 1935, the daughter of the late Porter Lee and Gerty Mae (MacDole) Tounsend. On June 29, 1957, she married Fred J. Howard, who preceded her in death on February 10, 1991. Margie was also preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki Gendron and her son, Fred Howard II. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Byard; grandchildren, Danny Timms, Tyson Byard, Stephanie Gendron, Cody (Melody) Byard, Jennifer Boothby and JR Stone and 14 great-grandchildren. A private family committal will service will be held at Kendall Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
