Age 83, passed away early Friday morning, November 17, 2023. Marge was born in Westchester, NY, on February 21, 1940, the daughter of Richard and Margaret (Polcaro) Pfluger. She graduated with honors from Western Michigan University and had a career at PNC Bank where she worked as Vice President of Conversions. Prior to this, she worked for IBM as a computer programmer. Marge loved kids and was fond of volunteering for CASA GAL for Children. She also enjoyed tutoring children with their reading. Marge had a green thumb, and always had amazing flower gardens. She was an avid reader. Marge was creative and loved to be working on her home, which was always beautifully decorated. She took several classes at the YMCA and tried to stay in good shape. She walked regularly and loved taking her four-legged friend Georgia on her daily walks. Nothing was more important to her than her daughter, Margaret “Meg” (Eriks Kleinbergs) Forrest who survives her. Marge is also survived by her dog, Georgia; her cat, Fiona; and countless friends. Marge was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George Pfluger and Richard Pfluger; and her former husband, James Forrest.
