Age65, passed away at his home on November 22, 2023, with his loving wife Sara at his side. Mark was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on November 17, 1958, the son of the late Cornelius and Margaret (Vander Wall) Langerveld. He graduated from Gull Lake High School and remained a lifelong resident of that area. Mark was kind, gentle and had a quiet nature about him. He worked hard as a realtor for Boris Realtors and later Jaqua Realtor Company. When not working he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He had a passion for classic cars and looked forward to the day when he could restore his 1969 GTO. Above all Mark loved his family and his friends. He leaves behind many wonderful memories to cherish and will be missed by all who loved him. On November 11, 2023, Mark was united in marriage to the love of his life, Sara L. (Newland) Langerveld who survives. He is also survived by a sister, Ruth (Richard) Tindall; special cousins, Marge Burch and Peter (Jennie) Vander Wall; his precious cats, ‘Black Heart’ and ‘Gi-Gi’; other extended family and friends.
