Burial Date November 26, 2025

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Mark’s life will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home, beginning at 11:00am. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 10:00am, one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery beginning at 1:00pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Commer Family (checks payable to Judy Commer), c/o the funeral home.

Thinking about my Uncle Mark today as we honor his life. He loved humor and helping others. Many memories from my younger years warm my heart as I send love to family. May his spirit be free and reunited with loved ones. Lots of love, Commer Family!

I was childhood friends with Mark. We all lived on Jefferson Ave back in the day. We played army, football, and attended each other's birthday parties. Good memories. RIP Mark.
