Age 82, passed away on October 27, 2024. He was born in Clarinda, Iowa, on June 11, 1942, the son of the late Keith and Rachel (Milhous) Henning. Marshall graduated from Benton Harbor High School in 1960. In 1962 Marshall enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served until being honorably discharged in 1966. He met and married Alma Guidry on September 22, 2004. Alma preceded him in passing in 2020. Marshall was an avid reader and very well versed in scripture. He enjoyed travelling, he loved music and was an amateur musician himself playing the coronet for years. Marshall will be remembered as a kind, caring person with a quick wit and great sense of humor. He was also preceded in passing by a brother, Miles Henning. He is survived by two sisters, Nancy (Wayne) Hemingway and Sally Pierson; many nieces, nephews, stepchildren and step-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
