In accordance with her wish cremation will take place and private family remembrances will be held. Memorial donations may be made to Centrica Rose Arbor Place, c/o the funeral home.

Mrs. Geerlings was my tenth-grade English teacher at Reeths-Puffer High School in Muskegon back in 1959. She was quite strict, but always kind and encouraging. She was one of my inspirations to become an English teacher myself. My condolences go out to Mr. Geerlings and his family.
