Age 77, passed away on December 29, 2016. Mary was born in Kalamazoo, on November 10, 1939, the daughter of the late Alva and Jane (Shingledecker) Gould. She remained a life time resident of the Kalamazoo area where she worked hard to raise her family. Mary loved the Lord and was a member of Christ Temple Church for many years. She was a hard worker who was employed as a nurse’s aide. Mary enjoyed watching her “soaps,” sewing, cooking, gardening and making and eating candy. Above all she loved her family and did her very best to care for them, she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory five children, Doreen (Dane) Baldwin, Theresa Wilkinson, Linda Frances, Mary Winkler and Robert (Victoria) DeRuyscher; several grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; two sisters, Kathryn Themins and Gloria Covell; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was also preceded in passing by a granddaughter, Lisa DeRuyscher and siblings, Alice Quick, David, Arthur, Jon, Tamara and Marcea Gould.
