Cremation will take place and the family will hold a memorial at a later date. Memorials may be made to the West Michigan Cancer Center, c/o the funeral home.

Michael will forever be remembered as a great student and friend to those that knew him. It was his effort, attitude, and perseverence that made him so successful in school. I was honored to be his teacher at Comstock High School. He will be greatly missed!
