Michael R. Nicholson age 55 of Kalamazoo, passed away Tuesday April 21, 2026. Michael was born August 20, 1970, in Oakland, CA the son of Brent and Rebecca (Crow) Nicholson. He graduated from Climax-Scotts High School and earned an Associate degree. He was employed with Best Buy, PetSmart, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and currently Bob’s Discount Furniture. Michael played for the Eagle’s Recreational Baseball League. He was an avid Detroit Lions and Tigers fan. He loved music, particularly 80’s metal. On September 21, 2001, in Battle Creek Michael was united in marriage to Christine (Parker) Nicholson who survives. Also surviving are two children, Jenna (Samantha Gregoire) Ennamany, Whitney Nicholson; sister, Heather (Todd) Keagle as well as both parents. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sarah Ennamany.
