In accordance with his wish cremation will take place and a service to honor his life will be held at a later time. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or St. Jude Children’s Hospital, c/o the funeral home.

Age 61, departed this life on Monday, December 27, 2021, at Ascension Borgess Hospital. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on September 8, 1960, the son of the late Robert and Betty (Shank) Williams Sr. Michael grew to be a kind, loving and generous man who was a joy to know. He was passionate about being outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed attending the Indy 500, playing cards and beekeeping. Michael was a hard worker who was employed by Burchett Quality Tools for many years. He always enjoyed visiting and conversing with friends. Above all Michael loved his family and leaves them with many wonderful memories to cherish. On November 12, 1988, he married the love of his life, Kimberly (Heritz) Williams who preceded him in passing on November 2, 2017. He was also preceded in passing by a sister, Carol Williams. He is survived by his loving siblings, Sharon Williams, Roberta Dean, Robert (Rebecca) Williams Jr., Kenneth (Jessica) Williams; many nieces, nephews and friends.
