Age 99, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021. Milt was born in Chicago, IL, on April 5, 1922, the son of Samuel and Ernestine Rigan. On he married Evelyn Aileen Kreger who preceded him in death. He later was married to Ann who also preceded him in death. Milt was an avid camper.  He is survived by nephews, Thomas (Karen) Burns of Otsego and Kenneth Burns of DesPlaines, IL; a special friend, Penny De Boer of Otsego.  Besides his wives, he was also preceded in death by a son, Russell Rae Rigan; his parents; and sisters, Vera Burns and Mildred Ogden.
