The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 7, 2024, from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. A funeral service to honor her life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 8, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain Barrett Lee officiating. Interment will be at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to Centrica Care Rose Arbor Place, c/o the funeral home.

Age 80, passed away at Rose Arbor Place on March 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pontiac, MI, on March 31, 1943, the daughter of the late Thomas and Dortha (Cove) Bartle. Nancy was a kind, loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who leaves behind wonderful memories to be cherished. She graduated from Pontiac High School Class of 1960. On May 8, 1965, she married the love of her life, William J. Clark Sr. who preceded her in passing on July 13, 2000. Nancy stayed active and enjoyed sewing, quilting, baking, cooking, and camping. She bowled at Sunset Lanes in Portage for several years and was an amateur photographer. She loved interacting with people which lead her to a job at Hudson’s (Marhsall Fields currently Macy’s) where she worked for seventeen years. Nancy loved children and worked in childcare for fifteen years. Above all Nancy loved her family and was especially proud of her children and grandchildren. Her kind smile, laughter and love will be missed by all who knew her. Nancy is survived by her children, William (Sarah) Clark Jr., Dawn (Scott) Blanchard; grandchildren, Daniel (Alyssa) Clark, Matthew Clark, John Blanchard, Joshua Clark, Danielle Blanchard and Maggie Clark; sister, Louise Vittetoe; sisters-in-law, Susan Bartle and Barbara Goodman; mother-in-law, Helen Clark; many nieces and nephews; close friend, Minnie LaPoint; loyal dog, ‘Mickey’. She was also preceded in passing by a brother, Chester Bartle and father-in-law, Sylvan Clark.
