Age 74, passed away early Wednesday morning, November 17, 2021. Nancy was born in Kalamazoo, on May 22, 1947, the daughter of Ernest and Della (Elliott) Mann. Nancy grew up in Comstock. She loved animals and enjoyed feeding the birds. Wherever there was an animal she wanted to feed or take care of it. She was a great storyteller and had an uncanny ability to remember people’s names. Nancy was a person of faith and believed in the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Gloria Slater and Cora Grimm, both of Kalamazoo; grandchildren, Katrina Slater, Rebecca (William) Manion, Amber Ward, Tiffany Hettinger; great-granddaughter, Elaina Manion; sister-in-law, Sandy Mann; nieces and nephews; and countless friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Larry Mann and Ellery Mann; and her best friend, Jeff DeBoer.
