Nathaniel E. Nakken, passed away on November 26, 2025, he was 25 years old. Nate was one of the beloved “Nakken 9”, a family bound together by love, resilience and an unbreakable connection. Nate will be remembered for his quick humor, sarcastic wit, adventurous heart and caring spirit. He had a way of making people feel seen and understood, often using laughter to bring comfort to those around him. His creativity, curiosity and intelligence shaped the unique person he was- someone who loved deeply and gave quietly. He shared a special bond with each of his siblings, and his family takes comfort in knowing he is reunited with his sister Naomi Nakken, who passing he felt profoundly. Nate’s life was marked not only by challenges but also by moments of strength, tenderness and the love he carried for his family. He is survived by his father, Brian Nakken; seven siblings, Jeremiah Nakken, Bug (Mazzie) Fenagrim, Bethany Nakken, Nicolas Nakken, Moriah Nakken, Noah Nakken, Rebekah Nakken; grandmother, Betty Nakken; several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. He was preceded in passing by his mother, Wendy; sister, Naomi Nakken; grandfathers, Donald Nakken and Jim Folkers.
