A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Prairie Edge Christian Reformed Church, 9316 Oakland Dr., Portage, MI 49024; the Rev. Dr. Ronald Geschwendt officiating. Private interment with full military honors will be at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Visitation will take place at Joldersma & Klein Funeral Home on Sunday, July 21, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation and thanks to the staff at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center for the care they provided to Neil. Memorial contributions may be made to the Battle Creek VA Medical Center-Palliative Care Unit or the West Michigan Cancer Center.

Garrison family, We are so sad to hear of the passing of Neil. He was such a great man. we loved when we came to family events and he was there. he always had a good story to tell.
