Age 74 of Portage, passed away on Thursday May 8, 2005 at Kairos Dwelling. Nora was born July 14, 1950 in Coldwater the daughter of Nolan and Barbara (Gwild) Hooker. She was a 1968 graduate of Bronson High School and was a cheerleader at Ferris State University. Nora enjoyed crafts and sewing. On September 20, 1969 in Union City, Nora was united in marriage to David A. Brandt who survives. Also surviving are two children, David Brandt, MacKenzie Stuck; two grandchildren, Elliot, Evelin; brother, Rick (Linda) Hooker; sister, Deloris (Mick) Barney; several nieces & nephews; her dog Harriet. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nancy Younce.
