June 8, 1935 - September 19, 2025

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakland Drive Christian Church, 7331 Oakland Dr., Portage. Friends may call on the family one hour prior to the service at the church, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pat will be laid to rest with Al at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Oh Pat, my heart breaks that I will not see you across from me at dominoes. We laughed so much! I will always remember those days! What a legacy you left behind! You have such a beautiful family! You always had a smile for everyone! Rest in peace my friend, see you on the other side!

I'm sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I was good friends with Andy and Gary as we all attended school together. I spent a lot of time over at their house as kids, and have great memories of Pat and Al.

To all who loved and admired Aunt Pat Sarquiz, I’m so sorry for our loss of a truly kind, loving, and funny woman. Aunt Pat was always so gracious when we’d (seemingly) drop in for a visit while we were in town. And our Thanksgiving dinners were always so fun. Mostly, when she’d be calling “Jackson” on his shenanigans! May you celebrate her and remember all the wonderful times she was so integral in creating. Much love and fondness, Heather
