Age 72, passed away at his home in Muskegon, MI on March 22, 2023. Paul was born in Caldwell, ID, on December 28, 1950, the son of William Charles and Dorothy (Marander) Feyerabend. Paul was big and strong and a talented athlete on a local scale, but it was his artistic abilities that took him to higher levels. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Masters Degree in Fine Arts and did post-graduate work in Canada. At his peak Paul was working long hours helping to produce the backdrops for movies such as ‘Batman’ and creating his own works. A website is planned to show his art.
While a typical upper Midwest mix of northern European heritages, it was the Finnish part that fascinated him. He traveled to Finland to meet distant relatives and dip into their culture.
Paul is survived by his brother, William (Rosanna) Feyerabend of Prescott Valley, AZ; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James Feyerabend.
