Age 68, passed away on December 8,2022 at Rose Arbor Place in Kalamazoo, MI. Paula was born on August 21,1954 to Cleland and Elouise (Huss) Bailey in Kalamazoo, MI. On November 12, 1972 Paula married John Thomas Beal, Jr. Paula was an avid baseball fan. She attended many home games of her favorite team, the Detroit Tigers. Paula and John spent the first 8 years of marriage living overseas and in Kentucky and California for John’s military career before settling back in Michigan. Paula loved country music and she attended many concerts including Waylon Jennings, George Jones and the B93 Birthday Bash. Paula is survived by her daughters, Dianne (Sky) Johnson of Paw Paw, MI; Tracy Beal and Laurie Beal (Charles Perkins), both of Kalamazoo, MI; her sister Laurie LaParl, also of Kalamazoo, MI as well as her grandchildren Ashlea, Cari, Michael, Hunter, Bailey and Ava and great grandchildren Haiden, Riza, Allison, Abe, and Jace and many extended family and friends. Paula was preceded in death by her husband John, her parents and her brother Kevin C. Bailey.
