My deepest sympathies to the children and grandchildren of cousin Phyllis, as well as her sisters Gail and Donna, and their families. I have so many wonderful memories of Christmas Eves spent with my Father, Elwood Eddy's sister Violet, her husband Jim, and their daughters Phyllis, Gail, and Donna, as well as sleepovers at the cottage on Crooked Lake, joined by the cousins from Lockport, Illinois (our Grandmother Davis' family), with our Dads out fishing at night for bass, and our Moms playing cards on the oil cloth covered round table in the dining room. I love the photo chosen for her Obituary ... her smile was contagious, and I find myself smiling back at her picture as I compose this message. To the family: share memories and stories ... they will bring you comfort in the days, weeks, and months to come. Remember her ... Release her ... Rejoice for her! May she rest in eternal peace. Keep an eye out for a cardinal ... When you BELIEVE beyond what your eyes can see, signs from HEAVEN show up to remind you LOVE never dies. That cardinal is Phyllis keeping watch over you.
