October 3, 1940 - October 24, 2020

A graveside committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, beginning at 11:00 AM at Grand Prairie Cemetery in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A memorial service will be planned for a later date. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16-17, KJV. “We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8, KJV. Memorial contributions may be made to the Brigance family (checks payable to Pat Brigance), c/o the funeral home.

Ralph was such a great man; I was saddened to learn of his passing. I'm sure he is better off now, but he will be missed. I was in Ralph’s Community Bible Study Core Group for several years. I was always impressed and amazed at Ralph’s dedication and faithfulness. Over the course of several years of bible study, Ralph held the record for the longest run of perfect attendance. But more than that, Ralph always had his study done and was always willing to share his thoughts and insights with the rest of the men. He didn’t attack his lesson as homework to get done, but rather as an opportunity to spend time with God and get to know him a little better. All the men in his group valued his support, prayers, and encouragement to their own faith walk. I know that Ralph has impacted my life, and he will always be remembered. Blessings to the Brigance Family
