Age 74, passed away on February 21, 2024. He was born on June 1, 1949, the son of the late Jack and Cresent Kendall. On May 4, 1980, he married the love of his life Linda Kendall who survives. Together they made the most of the time they had, traveling to California and other states, listening to music and reading. Richard was kind, loving and a joy to know. He is also survived by his siblings.
