Diana, Tammy, Roger and Dawn, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your father well when your family lived on Ridgewood Street. I can remember him giving Diana and I a ride to school in his white pickup truck sometimes. He was a jokester. One day I ate dinner at your house. Diana and I were probably in middle school. Your mom announced at the table that she had bought a new flavor of cookies. While we were all around the table finishing our meal, your dad said he was going to try one of the cookies. As I was drinking a glass of milk, he took a bite of the cookie, jumped up from the table and fell on the floor. This was his reaction to the taste of the cookie. He had us all laughing and my milk went all over me. He was also a great contractor. Several years ago I hired him to do some drywall repair. Professional and friendly. I hope in time you all will find peace in knowing that he is with you always.
