In accordance with his wish, cremation will take place and he will be interred at Ft. Custer National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Fund, c/o the funeral home.

Ronald Eugene Street, age 69, of Springfield, Michigan passed away peacefully at Bronson Hospital Battle Creek on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, surrounded by his wife and children. He was born on February 20, 1957, in Tazewell, Virginia, to Robert and Reba (Honaker) Street.
Ron attended Battle Creek Central High School and served in the United States Army with the Military Police, after which he attended Kellogg Community College. He has been employed by Springfield Transmission, Aamco Transmissions and was self employed for some time. He was kind, loving and generous. He had a love for animals and was close to his loyal companion Shitzu named “Xochi” Ron was heartbroken when she passed away a few months prior at the age of 15, Ron said he was “going to join her soon”. His greatest joy came from being a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He leaves behind the legacy of a life well lived and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Christina Crowe Street; beloved children, Shannon Street, Kirsten Bucholc, Justin (Amanda) Street, Jayson (Ashley) Street, Roxanne Angela Street, Brandon (Suzanne) Street, Chelsea Hampton and Emily Hampton; step-children, Carmen (Joel) Inglett and Christian Willbrandt; nineteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren on the way; mother, Reba Street; siblings, Roberta (Gary) Wickham, Rita (Gordon) Kidwell, Robert (Donna) Street and Rhonda Street; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was also preceded in passing by his father, Robert Street and his granddaughter, Hope Marie Street.
