Age 96, passed away on September 5. 2020. Rose was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on June 2, 1924, the daughter of the late Frank and Elise Wagner. She is survived by her daughter, Kris Wiegand of Kalamazoo; grandsons, Dan (Katie) Weigand of Kalamazoo and Jim (Jaclyn) Parniske of Lake City; great-grandchildren, Haylee and Reagan Parniske and Archer and Piper Wiegand; brother, Charlie (Rose) Wagner of Houston, Texas; as well as nieces, nephews and close friends that will miss her dearly. Besides her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her son, Jim F. Parniske. She retired from K-Mart Corporation after more than 30 years of employment. A private family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in Rose’s memory may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association.
