Age 92, passed away at Borgess Gardens on Monday, June 19, 2017. Ruby was born in Buchanan, Michigan on September 1, 1924; the daughter of the late Burt and Eliza (Myers) Baldwin. She is survived by her children, Edward (Arlene) Miller, Janice Councell, Arthur (Barbara) Miller, Gerald (Carol) Miller and Becky (Keith) Lambert; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. On May 31, 1941, Ruby was united in marriage to Edward J. Miller, who preceded her in death in 1969. She was also preceded in death by a son in-law, Harold Councell, Jr. and grandson, Harold Councell III; as well as three sisters.
