Age 83, passed away on Wednesday evening, August 12, 2020. Ruthane was born in Paw Paw, on April 27, 1937, the daughter of LeRoy and Christine (Buell) Goodenough. On February 9, 1961, she married Charles Henry Jacobs who preceded her in death in 2005. She was first and foremost a loving mother and grandmother. Her family meant everything to her. She devoted her life to raising her sons, who survive her, Jeff Jacobs of Lawton, Michael (Laurie) Jacobs of Mason, OH and Kevin (Connie) Jacobs of Lawton. She is also survived by her grandson, Jason (Danielle) Jacobs of Beaverton, MI; brother, Kenneth (Jeanette) Goodenough of St. Augustine, FL. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, LeRoy “Sonny” Goodenough Jr.
