Age 82, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 14, 2023. She was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on May 23, 1940, the daughter of the late Marcus and Anna (Reer) Lage. Sandra had a strong faith in the Lord which served as the foundation of her life. She was kind, loving and a joy to know. As a young lady she was a member of First Reformed Church and in her later years attended Centerpoint Church. On May 16, 1959, she married the love of her life Paul DenHartigh who preceded her in passing in 2002. She spent her days working hard at home to provide a happy childhood for her three daughters. When not tending to their needs she enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard. Sandra could always be counted on in a time of need and she was selfless with the gifts God gave her. She enjoyed spending time with friends and close neighbors and looked forward to a regular card game. Above all Sandra loved her daughters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and leaves behind many wonderful memories to be cherished. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy Knibbe, Linda DenHartigh and Alesha DenHartigh; grandchildren, Paul (Suzanne) Knibbe, Clair (Ryan) VanDonselaar, Leah (Marcelo) Guassi; two great-grandchildren, Brooks Knibbe and Allison Guassi; niece, Debbie (Mike) Netzlof; nephew, Denny Bennett; many other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in passing by a sister, Sally Bennett.
