Age 66, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on November 30, 2021. He was born in Kalamazoo, MI, on July 31, 1955, the son of Paul and Shirley (Allen) Lewnfield. He would remain in Southwest Michigan throughout his life and was always proud of his home and community. He worked hard to provide for his family. He retired from Graphic Packaging after forty years of dedicated service. When not working Scott could be found fishing and spending time near the water. On July 28, 1978, he married Jodie (Burke) Lewnfield who preceded him in passing in 2014. Above all he loved his family. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who leaves behind great memories to cherish. Scott had a generous heart and his giving nature made an impact on all those around him. His warm smile and laughter will be missed by all who knew him. Scott is survived by his son, Matt (Heather) Lewnfield; a granddaughter, Maliah Lewnfield; mother, Shirley; siblings, Terrie (Gary Klok) Lewnfield and Dana (Elaine) Lewnfield; a best friend, Charlie Olivares; his loyal companion, “Jo-Jo”; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was also preceded in passing by his father, Paul; son, Jeffrey Lewnfield; sister, Cynthia Strickland.
