A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the New Apostolic Church of Portage, 3600 W. Milham Ave, Portage, MI 49024. Rev. Peter Cook will officiate the ceremony. A visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10:30 AM. A light lunch will be provided immediately following the service. The family requests that donations be made to the New Apostolic Church of Portage. They would also like to thank the many family and friends who have shown such love and support during this time of sorrow.
