Age 55, passed away on Wednesday, October 07, 2020 following a lengthy illness. Sharon was born in Three Rivers, Michigan on January 12, 1965, the daughter of the late Ronald Norberg and Patricia (Arthur) LeRoy. Sharon graduated from Gull Lake High School in Richland, Michigan. Her family fondly will share that Sharon had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to make everyone laugh and always brightened the room. She was a loyal employee, and specialized in the dietary nutrition field, working at various nursing homes throughout the area. Sharon had a deep passion for older adults and had a servant’s heart. Her love of taking care of others will be one of the things that her friends and family will always be able to remember. Everyone that worked with Sharon absolutely loved her for these very reasons. Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Ronald Norberg and her beloved step-sister, Debra Edgerton. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Patricia and her husband, Arthur LeRoy of Richland; her sister, Susan Norberg of Constantine, Michigan and her brother Kevin (Jennie) Norberg of Braselton, Georgia, her nieces, LeaAnne O’Neill, a wonderful caretaker of Sharon through these past few months and Kylee Knapp, who was the head nurse at the nursing home where they worked, together. She also leaves behind her step siblings, Brenda (Al) Ramirez and Kathy Ruley and many other nieces and nephews. The family would also like to thank June Scott and Kelly Belshaw for their loving helpful care they provided to Sharon and her family towards the end of her life.
