A graveside committal service will take place on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park - South located on South Westnedge Avenue. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Shriner’s Hospital for Children or the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission.

Age 79, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 surround by her loving family. Sharron was born in Allegan, Michigan on March 29, 1941, the daughter of the late Leo H. and Lilah M. (Briggs) Ashley. On July 26, 1963, she was united in marriage to Gerald R. Anderson, who survives. Sharron is also survived by her children, Deb (Ron) Murdock, Anthony (Autumn) Anderson, Aaron (Brenda) Anderson and Tara Anderson; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Bob (Jean) Ashley and Jackie (Dale) Rasmussen; in-laws, Phyllis Labellarte, Donald Anderson, Wanda (Charles) Young and Bill Anderson; as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Sharron was preceded in death by her brother in-law, Marvin Anderson and sister in-law, Evelyn Ryder. Sharron’s family was her whole life and she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was an avid reader and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Sharron retired from the CocaCola Company.
