Sherry L. Nuyen age 67, of Kalamazoo passed away Friday May 29, 2026, at Beacon of Kalamazoo Hospital. Sherry was born on October 30, 1958, in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Charles and Jerry (Ryan) Nuyen. She enjoyed playing dice and sunbathing. Surviving are four daughters, Stacy Foy, Kelly Nuyen, Jerry Monroe, Amanda Smathers; 20 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Nuyen, Sarah (Randy) Roberts. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Chuck; three sisters, Sheila, Sharron, Sandy.
